5 Spotify Playlists That Help Me Sleep

Do you have a hard time getting yourself to sleep? If so, here are 5 Spotify playlist that I have found, that so far, have helped me find a great night's sleep. Maybe they will work for you, maybe they won’t, but it would not hurt to try. Please, do yourself a favor and try to not look at the titles of the songs on each playlist to figure out which song you might like, just press play and enjoy the sounds. Who knows maybe you might enjoy all of them.

If you have an Alexa, and a Premium Spotify Account, then all you have to do is link your Spotify account with Alexa and tell Alexa to play one of these playlists. If you do not have an Alexa and want to check out its benefits, go to my Amazon products page. You can either click on the link for the 4th Generation if you want to check out the latest version or click on the 3rd Generation, which is the less expensive option. Maybe you will end up buying one, I know my mother did and she loves it. Without further ado below are my choices for playlists and how long each of them is.

My 5 Spotify playlists to sleep are:

  1. Hora de Dormir > perfect music to sleep

  2. Piano para Dormir > serene piano music

  3. Sueño Profundo > background music for a deep sleep

  4. Luvia de Noche > rain sounds to rest and sleep

  5. Sleep > gentle ambient piano to help you fall asleep

Now the length time of each playlist varies, so I have ordered them from shortest playlist to the lengthiest:

  1. Piano para Dormir > 6 hours and 11 minutes

  2. Sleep > 7 hours and 54 minutes

  3. Lluvia de Noche > 10 hours and 6 minutes

  4. Hora de Dormir > 12 hours and 51 minutes

  5. Sueño Profundo > 16 hours and 8 minutes
